The guides outline the different points to prove and steps
required to build strong cases against suspects, set out
the ancillary powers available and provide guidelines to
assist investigators and prosecutors with the drafting of
charging documents.

In Mozambique, moving along a case from investigation to court now takes only 6
months on average, compared to 1-2 years before implementation of the Rapid
Reference Guide developed with the support of ICCWC.
